John Harsch:
John has spent his career working in the livestock & natural resources industries. Prior to becoming managing partner of SEC, John spent 7 years as the Section Chief of the Livestock Waste Management Section for KDHE. Through his experience, he has developed an extensive knowledge of the state of Kansas statutes, regulations, and design standards relating to CAFOs.

Karli Olson:
Karli’s experience in the Livestock Industry encompasses beef cattle research, natural resources management, a Livestock Specialist appointment for the Univ. of Missouri Extension service, and GIS cartography. She uses GIS and GPS technology to generate maps of your current facility and can create maps for your expansion plans as well.

Daniel Berges:
Daniel earned his Biological and Agricultural Engineering Degree from Kansas State University. He has worked for the KDHE Livestock Waste Management Section where he was responsible for reviewing construction plans for proposed and expanding livestock facilities to ensure all regulations, statutes, and design standards were met. Dan can help you develop new or expansion plans for your facility, design waste water retention structures, and complete new or updated NMPs for your facility.

Susan Francis:
Susan spent 19 years as a technician with the Natural Resources Conservation Service. Her time as a County Technician and Civil Engineering Technician has given her extensive experience in irrigation scheduling and designing terraces, diversions, and waterways. She can assist you with NMP’s, NMP Updates, monthly reports, and permit renewals.
